One Less Login. One Less Password. One Less Barrier.

Volunteer management shouldn't create more work for volunteers.

Think about how many logins and passwords you already have.

Banking. Shopping. Work. School. Social media. Streaming services. Memberships.

Another app. Another profile. Another password to remember.

Now imagine being asked to create one because you've volunteered to help at an event.

Volunteers are already giving something incredibly valuable: their time.

When we built TaskWiz, we started with a clear principle:

Make volunteer coordination easier without making volunteering harder.

Behind the scenes, coordinating a large volunteer team can be complex.

Organisers need to consider availability, qualifications and preferences. People need to be matched to suitable roles. Locations and times need to be confirmed, instructions communicated and last-minute changes managed.

For the person responsible for bringing all of this together, there can be hundreds of moving parts.

But the volunteer doesn't need to see that complexity.

All they need to know is:

Where do I need to be?

When do I need to be there?

What am I doing?

Who am I working with or reporting to?

What do I need to bring?

Has anything changed?

They shouldn't need to create another profile, download an app or learn how to use a new system.

In fact, volunteers may never know TaskWiz is being used.

And that's exactly how we designed it.

Organisations shouldn't have to start again either

The same principle applies to the organisations coordinating those volunteers.

Many have already spent considerable time collecting and maintaining volunteer information. Moving to a better way of coordinating volunteers shouldn't mean starting all over again.

Existing volunteer data can be uploaded directly into TaskWiz, so organisations can build on the information they already have rather than recreate it.

And if the information needed hasn't already been collected, TaskWiz can manage that process too - creating and distributing a survey, capturing the responses and consolidating the information ready for automated allocation.

From there, TaskWiz gets to work.

Intelligent matching helps allocate people to suitable roles based on availability, preferences, qualifications and other requirements. Personalised, role-specific communications then provide each volunteer with the information relevant to them.

The complexity stays behind the scenes rather than being passed on to the volunteer.

Good software shouldn't create another layer of work. It should remove one.

TaskWiz handles the complexity, helping organisers spend less time on administration while volunteers receive the information they need to do what they came to do - help make a successful event possible.

That's why the philosophy behind TaskWiz is deliberately straightforward:

The organisation shouldn't have to start from scratch.

The volunteer shouldn't have to start at all.
